The British Athletes Commission provide this web coordination service for free.

The contract for payment concerning the visit, must be agreed between the athlete and the school, prior to the event.

If there are any changes of circumstance regarding the event, the school and athlete are obliged, out of courtesy, to inform the other party with as much notice as possible.

Both parties are expected to uphold professional standards relevant to the situation of the visit.

The BAC produce reports to their funding body which require data from each visit. It is imperative that both the athlete and the school complete a brief evaluation form after the visit to enable the standards of the scheme to be constantly monitored .
