The British Athletes Commission provide this web coordination service for free.

The contract for payment concerning the visit, must be agreed between the athlete and the school, prior to the event.

If there are any changes of circumstance regarding the event, the school and athlete are obliged to inform the other party with as much advance notice as possible.

Both parties are expected to uphold professional standards relevant to the situation of the visit.

The BAC constantly monitor the standards of the scheme and produce reports from data provided after each visit .The scheme therefore requires both the school and the athlete to return to the website after the visit and complete the brief evaluation feeddback form.

I understand that the contract for this visit will be between the school and the athlete. While every care is taken by the British Athletes Commission to ensure all athletes on the athletesDIRECT scheme are suitably qualified as public speakers, the British Athletes commission cannot be held responsible for the actions of the athletes on the athletesDIRECT Scheme. I understand that the arrangements, regarding payment for the visit, will be made directly with the athlete. I also undertake to complete the evaluation section on the website after the each visit.
